Wow, not only does VP Cheney believe he is exempt from an executive order on classified information because the Vice-President is not part of the executive branch, not only does he ignore requests from the Information Security Oversight Office, but he then retaliates by trying to eliminate the ISOO and make it so the National Archive can not appeal matters to the Attorney General.
